Hair loss is that condition of hair in which the hair fall rate increases to that extent that leads to partial or complete hair loss. Hair loss is caused due to heredity factors, smoking, excess intake of liquor, stress and anxiety, over exposure to sun rays, eating oily and spicy food daily.

Biotin is very good supplement for the treatment of hair loss.

The natural biotin can be taken from the diet having lentils, brewers yeast, walnuts, soya bean, peas etc. The hair are made up of keratin an important protein. This protein is made wit the help of vitamin C so increase the intake of citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, mausami etc.This will give volume in your hair.

The minerals are required so that they can easily absorb the nutrients and carry them to the scalp with the help of blood tissues. The important minerals that are required by the body include iodine, iron, silica and zinc. The sulfur mineral helps in reducing any kind of inflammation in the scalp.

Oats, millets, whole grains, bran etc will give you the amount of silica that is required by the body. The zinc can be obtained by eating beef, egg, shrimp, oysters and peas. Iodine is found in sea foods. These all mineral are required for the prevention and cure of hair loss.
